Department of Economics and Finance
The Department of Economics and Humanities is the largest department of the Academy in terms of the number of teachers and the courses they teach. Professors and teachers of the department are involved in the implementation of the research work of the Academy for 2017-2019 "The main directions of improving public administration in Turkmenistan." As part of their curriculum, they include fundamentals of state and local government, management psychology, human resource management, macroeconomics, market economics, social and literary relations, literature on public services, philosophy, accounting, social performance and accounting, international accounting. accounting and international accounting. conducts classes in the national language and a number of other subjects. On behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, to train civil servants that meet international standards, they use modern interactive methods, advanced multimedia technologies in the classroom, and also improve the lessons with modern topics. This contributes to the rapid and deep assimilation of educational information by the audience. Professors and teachers of the department discuss each other, participating in "open lessons". They also exchange experiences by participating in trainings and consultations by foreign scientists and experts working in partnership with the Academy. In general, the public goes to great lengths to become patriots, broadminded, ideal professionals and leaders.
This department provides training for civil servants of local executive bodies and local self-government bodies (training period 2 months), training civil servants for commercial arbitration (training duration 5 months), training civil servants (4 months), the state apparatus. Training of civil servants (training period 2 years) is carried out in the areas of training.
