On January 19, students of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan, led by senior lecturer of the Department of State and International Law Yazmyrat Kulayev, went to Ankara by the invitation of the Office of the Human Resources of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. The visit, which will last until January 26, is being carried out within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2023 between the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan and Presidential Human Resources Office, with the aim of developing cooperation in the field of human resources management.
On the first day of the visit, the Academy delegation took part in the first meeting of the Institute for Human Resource Development of the Turkic World (TIKGE), which was held at the National Presidential Library of Turkey. The meeting was also attended by representatives of similar educational institutions from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
During the opening ceremony of the meeting, the Head of the Office of the Presidential Human Resources Office Salim Atay noted that this event was the first meeting of representatives of the four countries organized in Turkey. He emphasized that the visit provides an opportunity for guests to get acquainted with the activities of relevant institutions and ministries of Turkey, undergo training in human resource management and strengthen cooperation.
The head of the Turkmen delegation, senior lecturer Yazmyrat Kulayev, speaking at the meeting, expressed gratitude for the hospitality and noted that the negotiations within the framework of the visit program will contribute to strengthening friendly relations between the two countries. He expressed confidence that a solid foundation for joint projects will be laid.
As part of the cultural program, the Academy representatives have already visited iconic landmarks of Istanbul and Ankara, including Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque or the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Topkapi Palace, the The Nation's Library of the Presidency familiarizing themselves with the rich historical heritage of Turkey, where they took memorable photographs. The visit will last until January 26.
